Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscription terms

WrenchPulse Premium is an annual subscription. The first year costs $19.99. Renewals are $29.99/year and charge automatically unless cancelled.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from Settings → Manage Subscription, which opens the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals. You retain Premium access through the end of your current paid period. No prorated refunds are issued for cancelling early.

Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for partial periods, unused time, or change of mind. If you were charged in error or experienced a technical failure that prevented use of the Service, contact support within 14 days of the charge and we will review on a case-by-case basis.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we will retry for up to 14 days. During this period, Premium features may be temporarily disabled. You can update your payment method via the billing portal.

Account deletion

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Cancel via the billing portal first, then delete your account.
